REGION I (United States) -
Three (3) three-year terms are guaranteed and will be elected at-large by
delegates from Region I only. Candidates for Region I seats are: Herman M.

REGION II (Eastern Canada and the Caribbean
District and Western Canada District) - One (1) three-year
term is guaranteed and has been filled by Pierre
Laliberte at the Eastern Canada and the Caribbean District
Convention in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada on August 1-4, 2002. ·
REGION III (Europe) – One
(1) three-year term is guaranteed and to be filled by a member selected by
Region III at the Kiwanis International-European Federation Convention in
Cesky Krumlov, Czech Republic, on May 29-30, 2003. Candidates for the Region
III seat are: Wahib Aladin,
Switzerland-Liechtenstein District ·
REGION IV (Asia-Pacific) – This
region does not have a guaranteed seat open for election at the 2003
International Convention. ·
REGION V (The Americas/At-large) - This
region does not have a guaranteed seat open for election at the 2003
