proposed amendments to the International Constitution and Bylaws,
and
consider proposed resolutions. Following are the results:

Amendment #1 to increase the annual per capita International dues
from US$27 to US$42 to put Kiwanis on a sound economic basis
and carry forward its program and plan in the 21st century.
(Amends Article XIII, Section 2, of the International Constitution)
Amendment #2 to provide continuity worldwide according to the per
capita of each region within Kiwanis International.
(Amends Article XIII, new Section 3, of the International
Constitution)
NOTE: The remaining two amendments will be debated in Tuesday's
Business Session.
