Kiwanis Junior clubs are recognized in Europe and help to share the Kiwanis service experience with younger adults, ages 18-35.

Kiwanis Junior became an official program in 1992 and now includes more than 50 clubs.

The first club Kiwanis Junior in Italy was "Kiwajunior Catania Etna", founded in 1977.

In 1998 was founded the "Kiwajunior Catania Centro", the "Kiwawjunior Gela", the" Kiwajunior Paternò" and other.

In 1989 was founded the Kiwanis Junior Italy District , a only district organization junior.
